Yasmeen Elwahy joined AAC as Actuarial Analyst in 2018. Her responsibilities include conducting an actuarial valuation of employees’ end of service benefits, applying various data checks and reconciliation exercises on the received data from clients, carrying out statistical analysis of historical data to help in setting proper assumptions for valuations, conducting research on different topics to assist in various areas of the actuarial work and projects, and preparing the valuation reports. She is also involved in the reserving exercises for the life insurance business through data processing, testing and running valuation model. In 2021 Yasmeen was promoted to the postion of Senior Actuarial Analyst.

Yasmin graduated with second-highest GPA from Cairo University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences. She joined the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in the UK (IFoA) and currently pursuing for the Fellowship qualification.
