Karam Salameh joined Allied Actuarial Consultancy in 2023 as an Analyst and was promoted to Senior Actuarial Analyst | IFRS 17 in 2025. His main responsibilities are doing data and statistical analysis, performing checks on large data files received from insurance companies in a way relevant to the actuarial analysis, analyzing historical averages and trends suggested in the data received, assist in setting future assumptions relevant to the actuarial analysis based on historical analysis of such parameters, assist in preparing reports and other matters as assigned by the managing director.  In addition, Karam supports the process of implementing IFRS 17 for insurance companies by preparing workshops material, reviewing, and preparing policy documents.

Karam graduated with an excellent GPA from Princess Sumaya University for Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
